JOB DESCIPTION
- Manage full set of accounts
- Responsibilities: Assist in the day to day operations of Account Dept.
- Ensure the filing system within the department is well-organized and efficient.
- Basic Payroll & OT Calculation (Report)
- Following the established salary payment process flow in a correct and orderly manner.
- Ensuring salary payments are credited to employee accounts by the predetermined dates.
- Timely processing of statutory deduction payments and other related financial transactions before the stipulated closing time.
- Chasing Payment, Preparation invoice, PO & DO
- Administrative work and ad hoc basis
- To carry out filling work
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/STPM
- Minimum of 2 Years working experiences
- Preferably experience in development & construction accounting
- Meticulous and work with tight deadlines
- Energetic, positive attitude, eager leaner, responsible & adaptable
SKILL
- MyOb Computer literate, Microsoft Office, MS Excel and Administrative
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Account management: 2 years (Preferred)
