Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Menu Development: Creating unique dishes, updating menus, and setting prices.
• Kitchen Management: Leading kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient service.
• Food Preparation & Quality: Overseeing cooking, plating, and ensuring consistent, high-quality food.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Managing ingredient stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maintain budgets.
• Safety & Sanitation: Upholding strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Skills and Requirements

• Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and diverse cuisines.
• Leadership: Experience managing a team, mentoring, and training staff.
• Creativity: Ability to create new recipes and stay updated with culinary trends.
• Organization: Strong multitasking skills to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
