Jawatan Kosong Purchasing Admin Assistant in Melaka

Description :

Support purchasing and admin tasks, liaise with China suppliers, negotiate pricing, manage shipments, and handle documentation including e-invoicing.

Purchasing Functions:

  • Liaise with China suppliers to source products and obtain competitive quotations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Compare costs and ensure best value purchasing decisions
  • Coordinate and arrange shipments, including tracking and follow-ups
  • Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities

Administrative Functions:

  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO), Quotations, Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO)
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing (both physical and digital)
  • Handle general administrative paperwork and record keeping
  • Support accounts and operations team with documentation when required
  • Ensure compliance with E-Invoice requirements and processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
