Jawatan Kosong Fulltime Freelance IT Support Field Technician in Kota Kinabalu
Description :
Job Responsibilities:
- Possession of a NIOSH TM Safety Passport is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of IT systems and equipment
- Experience in conducting preventive maintenance for network infrastructure
- Working hours: Weekdays only
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, systems, and related infrastructure
- Respond to service tickets and technical inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify and fulfill their technical requirements
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: RM70.00 - RM100.00 per day
