JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Chat Sales: USP/FAQs + pain-point solutions; objection handling; close
-
Customer Support: usage, order/shipping, refunds; escalate then close loop
-
Lead Ops: log every touchpoint + tags/stage/next action in Master Leads (Sheets/Excel)
-
Daily insights: Short Sales & Leads Report (moves + bottlenecks)
-
Retention: win-back, review asks, repeat order nudges, event invites
-
Process + compliance: improve scripts/playbooks; PDPA-safe handling; consistent naming/tags
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must-haves
-
Passion for skincare + sales; enjoys chatting with people

Customer-obsessed, reflective problem-solver; basic analytics mindset

Fluent Chinese/English/BM (any 2 strong ok; 3 is best)

Comfortable with Sheets/Excel (pivot + basic formulas + clean logging)

Internship/fresh grads ok if disciplined + learns fast
Nice-to-haves

Manychat / IG DM automation exposure

Shopee + WooCommerce familiarity

Penang/Mainland based (or strong remote alignment)
