Job Title: Sales Advisor (Motorcycle)
Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors (Motorcycle). If you are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and want to grow in the automotive industry, we welcome you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Assist walk-in customers and provide professional product consultation
- Recommend suitable motorcycles based on customer needs and budget
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat sales
Lead Generation & Marketing
- Actively promote motorcycles through social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential customers
- Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns
Sales Process Management
- Handle documentation for hire purchase (loan) applications
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth approval process
- Ensure proper delivery process and customer satisfaction
Showroom & Product Management
- Ensure showroom motorcycles are clean, properly displayed, and updated with pricing
- Stay updated with latest models, promotions, and competitor products
Requirements
- Age 20 years and above
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Possess own transport and valid driving license
