Job Description:
Job Role: Customer Service (BM/ Eng)
Job Location: Ara Damansara
* Start Date: 18th Sept
* Shift- 24*7 (9hrs operations)
* Salary: RM 2100 Basic + 400 KPI (Performance based) + 300 (shift allowance)
* Education: Min SPM or above
* Job Type: Contractual (2 years)
- Any Fresher or experienced can apply
- Language Required: Bahasa Malay + Basic English
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM Needed.
- Fresher can apply.
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
