About us
Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS).
Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform clerical office work such as data entry, preparing product certification and report.
- Responsible for good filling and proper record for documents.
- To assist QA for daily inspection and lab task when required.
- Enter and maintain data, descriptions and frequencies from QA inventory and other sources.
- Monitor daily work requests and dispatch appropriate personnel.
- Assist QA executive with filing, record keeping and data entry.
- Assist with tracking purchase orders, invoices, warranties and service agreements.
- Assigned as company document controller under supervision.
- Others task as assigned by superior.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge with document controller will be added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
