Kerja Kosong Logistic and Shipping Executive in Melaka

Job Description

1) To ensure efficient and timely processing of orders, deliveries and related activities.

2) Responsible for all logistics related function of Import and Export, customs clearance

3) To liaise and obtain further information with Commercial Team for sales orders processing, deliveries, shipping arrangement etc.

4) To liaise with Production Planner/ Warehouse Manager for stocks requirement/deliveries etc.

5) To ensure all customers’ orders are properly processed and meet with customers’ requirement.

6) To arrange import and export shipments with freight forwarders.

7) To coordinate and provide information for imports related such as M.O.Q, air freight cost etc.

8) Responsible for application of SST Exemption Schedule C(3) Cert for Imported Trading Items (on behalf of customers) and monitoring of customs clearance for listed items..

9) Responsible in application of Certificate of Origin (Preferential and Non-Preferential )

12)Responsible in application of import permit via MITI

13) Any other ad-hoc task such as general sales inquiries, etc, as and when required by the management

Job Requirement

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional degree in Business Studies/ Supply chain or related field.
-Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin will be added advantage)
-At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience in relatted field is required for this positions,
-Excellent communications ang negotiation skills with supplier and internal team.
-Self-driven and ability to work independently
-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
