Jawatan Kosong Personal Asistant to Director Team Leader in Melaka

TUGAS & TANGGUNGJAWAB
- Menyusun jadual harian/mingguan pengarah
- Menjawab dan mengurus mesej penting (WhatsApp, emel, panggilan)
- Mengurus temu janji & peringatan (Google Calendar)
- Menyediakan laporan ringkas harian (summary kerja)
- Bertindak sebagai pemandu kepada pengarah untuk urusan rasmi/syarikat
- Membantu Team Leader untuk urusan luar pejabat (penghantaran barang, semakan tapak, beli barang projek, dsb.)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

- Driving: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- B2 & D , GDL licence ? (Preferred)
