Assistant Sales Manager Perak – F&B Equipment Industry
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the F&B equipment industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team
- Develop sales strategies and business growth
- Handle key customer accounts
- Monitor sales performance and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Salary & Benefits:
- RM4,000 – RM10,000 (based on experience)
- Commission + Incentives
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Medical & Annual Leave
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales management (F&B or related industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Result-driven and able to manage team performance
- Willing to travel when required
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Perai
