Kerja Kosong Sales Admin Assistant in Alor Setar
Description :
a. Receive vehicles from Principal,
b. Purchase vehicle as required.
c. Communicate with Bank personnel.
d. Arrange for vehicle washing.
e. Schedule Puspakom inspections.
f. Allocate vehicles for registration processing.
g. Create reports for any vehicle damage.
h. Update reports including body kit status, stock summaries and customer lists.
i. Generate EOP in the system
j. Cross-check and match main and spare keys.
k. Handle the scanning, monitoring and filling of all relevant documentation.
l. Issue official receipts and payment vouchers for the Accounts Department.
m. Arrange vehicle for display at booth when needed.
n. Answer incoming calls and respond to email promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
