Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE in Kuala Terengganu

Qualifications:
Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software ( SQL ) and E-INVOICE
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
JOB SCOPE
1. Financial Accounting
- Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate, timely posting of transactions.
- Assist in preparing daily, monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims.
- Issue invoices, update receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
3. Bank & Cash Management
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
- Ensure proper recording and documentation of all cash and bank transactions.
4. Taxation & Compliance
- Assist with SST submissions, tax schedules, and audit documentation.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements.
5. Documentation & Administrative Support
- Maintain organised filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Provide administrative assistance and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on financial matters.
6. Other Duties
- Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by Management.
WORK PLACE
ATAS FARMASI LO GB - TELUK MENARA (POTEK GADGET HQ)
WORKING DAY AND HOURS
SATURDAY TO THURSDAY 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM
ONCE TWO WEEKS , ADDITIONAL LEAVE ON SATURDAY
*Annual Leave – 14 Days Entitlement for Employees with Less Than 2 Years of Service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
