Job Description:
- Key in and process customer orders accurately into the company system.
- Handle customer enquiries related to orders, products, and delivery status.
- Follow up on order issues, delivery delays, or discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Provide professional and timely customer service via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Any ad-hoc task assign by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and experience using order management systems.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage, if applicable).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, attentive to details, and customer-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
