Description :

A) Job Responsibilities

• CCTV System Support:
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting.
• Respond to and resolve issues promptly.
• Door Access System:
• Maintain and troubleshoot electronic door access systems.
• Ensure system integrity and security.
• Provide access control support to staff.
• Public Address (PA) System:
• Monitor and maintain PA systems.
• Perform regular testing and troubleshooting.
• Support emergency announcements and other communications.
• Data/Wifi/PABX Systems:
• Provide first-level support for data networks, WiFi, and PABX systems.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and communication issues.
• Coordinate with IT for advanced support when necessary.
• SMATV System:
• Maintain and troubleshoot Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV) systems.
• Ensure high-quality signal distribution throughout the facility.
• General Electrical Support:
• Provide L1 support for other electrical systems as needed.
• Respond to emergency electrical issues.

7. Documentation

o Adherence to the service level agreement

o Timely and accurate compilation of all issues highlighted by client

o Communicating with vendors for technical support and warranties claim

B) Reports and Meetings

1) Ensure timely submission of reports ie on weekly basis.

2) Attend all scheduled meetings or any other meetings scheduled by the company on time.
