Job Ad: F&B Hostess - Top View Restaurant

Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? The Top Penang is looking for a friendly and professional F&B Hostess to join our team at the exclusive Top View Restaurant. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

Position Details:

• Hiring For: Top View Restaurant, The Top, Penang
• Salary Range: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 (depending on experience)
• Negotiability: The salary is fixed within the stated range, based on the candidate's experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries.
• Ensure the smooth flow of the restaurant by coordinating with the service and kitchen teams.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean and organized hostess stand.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
