Jawatan Kosong CMMS Helpdesk in Putrajaya

Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate records of equipment, assets, and maintenance schedules in the CMMS system.
  • Monitor and track preventive and corrective maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on maintenance activities, work order status, and asset performance.
  • Ensure all CMMS data is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
  • Coordinate with the technical and maintenance team to ensure proper job assignment, follow-up, and closure within the required timeline.
  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing of maintenance records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities / Maintenance Department when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in CMMS / Helpdesk is an added advantage).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage data accurately.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
