Jawatan Kosong CMMS Helpdesk in Putrajaya
Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain accurate records of equipment, assets, and maintenance schedules in the CMMS system.
- Monitor and track preventive and corrective maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on maintenance activities, work order status, and asset performance.
- Ensure all CMMS data is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
- Coordinate with the technical and maintenance team to ensure proper job assignment, follow-up, and closure within the required timeline.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing of maintenance records.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities / Maintenance Department when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in CMMS / Helpdesk is an added advantage).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and able to manage data accurately.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
