Requirements:
- At least a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- Self-motivated, initiative, and independent with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and technical reporting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably with involvement in high-rise hotel developments.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Work location: Langkawi, Kedah.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
- Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work/responsibilities.
- Provide take-off measurement for work progress claims
- Conduct site joint measurement with the consultant.
- Prepare work progress claims for submission.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
