JOB VACANCY: ADMIN/CLERK FRONT OFFICE *MANDARIN SPEAKER*

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Filing, prepare letters, emails, compiling documents, data entry, update monthly report, and other clerical works.
  • Able to work independent and teamwork.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma level or its equivalent, otherwise 1 years of working experience in relevant field is required (Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin*
  • Computer literate (Microsoft office applications).
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Able to start work ASAP.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
