Customer Service
Always greet customers and ensure they have a positive and friendly experience while in the outlet.
Take orders and prepare them in an orderly manner.
Coffee Preparation
Must know how to prepare beverages according to the established SOP.
Have basic knowledge of espresso, latte art, and coffee beans.
Understand how to froth and steam milk for lattes and cappuccinos.
Menu Knowledge
Be knowledgeable about the entire menu, including types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and the flavor profile of each beverage, including food items.
Be able to recommend drinks and food based on customers' preferences.
Cash Handling and POS System
Capable of accurately processing payments.
Must be proficient in operating the cash register and POS system for orders and transactions.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Ensure the bar area and lobby area are always clean.
Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good condition.
Clean and service coffee machines, grinders, and other tools.
Ensure that tables, the area under tables, chairs, floors, and mirrors are always neat and clean.
Stock and Inventory
Monitor all sales stock, especially key items like milk, coffee beans, cups, and others.
Responsible for closing stock and placing orders when stock is low.
Multitasking
Able to handle multiple orders during peak times.
Efficiently perform multiple tasks while maintaining the quality of the beverages prepared.
Deliver orders to customers' tables quickly and call out to customers promptly when takeaway orders are ready.
Teamwork
Always cooperate with other staff members, such as kitchen staff and crew.
Practice good and clear communication to ensure smooth sales operations.
Customer Information
Know how to convey information to customers about coffee beans, including taste, origin, and other details.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues by offering appropriate suggestions.
Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
Practice hygiene measures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Comply with regulations set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
