Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation Support
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
- Assist in basic ingredient preparation as directed by chefs.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.
Cleaning & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans promptly.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen tidy.
Stock & Supplies
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Ensure kitchen areas are stocked with required utensils and ingredients.
- Report any shortages or damaged items to supervisor.
Team Collaboration
- Support cooks and chefs during busy hours.
- Follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
