Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Livestream Coordinator to join our team as a maternity cover. In this role, you will be the backbone of our TikTok and Shopee live operations, ensuring every session runs smoothly, managing our pool of live hosts, and optimizing performance to meet brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Live Stream Operations & Scheduling

• Create and manage daily/monthly broadcasting schedules for TikTok and Shopee.
• Supervise the end-to-end live broadcast process, ensuring seamless execution and resolving technical or operational issues in real-time.
• Step in to host or co-host sessions when necessary to engage viewers and showcase products.

2. Talent Management & Development

• Assist the HR department in screening and interviewing potential Live Host candidates.
• Coordinate training programs for new hosts to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

• Track and analyze live session feedback and data (viewership, engagement, conversion).
• Liaise with management to review KPIs and evaluate host performance.
• Calculate commissions for Live Hosts accurately based on performance metrics.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve live streaming workflows.
• Regularly update session mechanics and creative processes to enhance engagement and quality.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, or a similar digital field.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with TikTok and Shopee Seller Center tools is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent multitasking, coordination, and communication skills.
• Work Style: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced nature of live broadcasting.
• Availability: Must be able to start immediately and commit until Sept/Oct 2026.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
