JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inventory Management:
- Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
- Monitor inventory turnover and help optimize stock levels.
2. Order Fulfillment:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure timely delivery.
3. Shipping and Receiving:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents.
- Inspect and record any damaged or missing items.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
4. Warehouse Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure products are stored in their designated locations.
- Implement safety protocols and help with equipment maintenance.
5. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Enter data into inventory management systems.
- Keep records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports.
