Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assist them in locating the products they need.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Handle sales transactions at the cash register, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking when required.
- Manage customer complaints or escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Willing to work on pre-planned shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
