Jawatan Kosong Account Bookkeeping Executive AutoCount in Kota Kinabalu
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries using AutoCount
- Prepare and verify sales invoices and official receipts
- Monitor debtor aging and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist in basic monthly financial reporting
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures
Requirements:
- Experience using AutoCount accounting system
- Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting/admin
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
Additional Information:
- 3-month probation
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS upon confirmation
- Stable and structured working environment
We are looking for someone responsible, disciplined and committed to long-term employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
