Spa Manager – Job Scope
- Manage Daily Operations
Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Staff Supervision & Training
Recruit, train, schedule, and monitor therapists and spa staff performance.
- Customer Service Excellence
Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and maintain service quality standards.
- Sales & Marketing Monitoring
Achieve monthly sales targets, promote spa packages, and monitor promotional activities.
- Inventory & Stock Control
Manage product inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stock management.
- Financial Management
Monitor revenue, expenses, and prepare basic financial reports for management.
- Hygiene & Compliance
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance
Ensure all spa equipment is functioning properly and arrange servicing when needed.
- Reporting to Management
Provide regular updates on performance, sales, and operational matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
