Description :

1. Verifying invoice/PO/DO received from suppliers/agents/brokers/ports/vendors.

2. Prepare quotation for clients’ RFQ and submit to executive for review.

3. Assisting in tendering process (from bidding, proposal preparation until signage of contract/agreement)

4. Do sales and marketing for ATTSB’s product and services through one on one meeting and approaches, making cold calls, email distributions and message for follow ups/negotiation with new clients/potential prospects.

5. Sets business schedules, plan and coordinates campaigns with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.

6. Assist to coordinate and attend trade shows, exhibitions and conferences and travels to meet clients as needed

7. Assist to communicate with clients/vendors/customers via means like emails, telephones, and websites

8. Answers questions, complaints, feedbacks from clients about product and services.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
