Jawatan Kosong Customer Relations Executive in Taiping
Description :
- Learn and perform duties as a Customer Relations Representative (CRR) in accordance with company procedures.
- Actively engage with prospects, existing customers, and facial treatment clients via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, email, and phone calls.
- Understand customer needs and ensure they attend scheduled treatment sessions.
- Present and explain facial treatment packages, services, and products through online/virtual platforms.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to remind customers of appointments, re-engage inactive clients, and ensure adherence to treatment schedules.
- Explain package terms, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including attendance, follow-ups, and treatment progress.
- Use customer data to personalize offers and improve customer engagement.
- Handle customer concerns (e.g. time constraints, pain concerns, cost issues) using ethical retention techniques.
- Respond to all customer reviews and feedback across platforms, including Google Reviews.
- Escalate and resolve negative feedback with the Customer Experience & Trust team.
- Collaborate with operations, wellness/spa, marketing, and sales teams to improve customer retention.
- Track key performance metrics such as attendance rates and customer reactivation.
- Ensure a positive customer experience to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of facial treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Participate in all required training sessions (online and offline).
- Perform duties honestly, responsibly, and with full commitment.
- Comply with company policies, code of conduct, and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the premises.
- Remain loyal and committed to achieving company goals.
- Report any misconduct or damage to company property.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
