Description :

Key Responsibilities

1. Licensing & Permits

  • Manage and maintain all company licenses and permits.
  • Ensure timely applications, renewals, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Agreement & Contract Management

  • Review, draft, and manage agreements and contracts across departments.
  • Coordinate contract approvals and maintain proper documentation processes.
  • Negotiate terms with vendors, partners, and service providers where necessary.
  • Track and ensure timely renewal of contracts, legal documents, and insurance policies.

3. CEO & Executive Office Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, handling confidential matters with discretion.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time and priorities.
  • Screen calls, correspondence, and requests, ensuring the CEO’s time is allocated effectively.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and briefing papers for CEO review

4. Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings for the CEO and management team.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, supporting documents, and presentations.
  • Record meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions, ensuring timely updates and execution.
  • Liaise with HODs and departments to track and resolve outstanding
  • issues raised during meetings.

5. Administrative & Business Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including document drafting, data analysis, and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy reference and compliance.
  • Conduct research and prepare market or industry updates to support CEO decision-making.
  • Support management with ad hoc assignments, including business development activities, events, and special projects.
  • Uphold professionalism and company image when representing the CEO in dealings with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
