Aspiration International School is seeking a committed, creative, and student-centered Primary Classroom Teacher to join our vibrant learning community in August 2025. We are looking for a teacher who inspires, supports, and challenges all learners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Inquiry-Based Curriculum Delivery
• Design and facilitate concept-driven, transdisciplinary learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework and informed by the UK National Curriculum.
• Embed literacy, numeracy, and real-world connections into learning engagements that foster curiosity and deep understanding.

Positive Learning Environment:

• Establish an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom culture that promotes learner agency, voice, and choice.
• Encourage a growth mindset and model the IB Learner Profile attributes.

Assessment & Reflection:

• Use varied formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and track individual growth.
• Reflect with students and families on progress through portfolios, conferences, and reports.

Professional Collaboration:

• Engage in planning with grade-level and specialist colleagues to develop rich, integrated units of inquiry.
• Contribute actively to school initiatives, events, and the ongoing development of our learning community.
