JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting Support: Provide accounting and clerical support for daily bookeeping & financial operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Document Preparation: Accurately type, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records in a systematic manner.
Transaction Processing: Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and financial statements in a timely manner.
Data Entry: Enter and update key financial transaction data daily in the accounting database/ system (AutoCount).
Internal Assistance: Provide assistance and support to company personnel for finance-related tasks and queries.
Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Clerk or similar role.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures. Proficient in MS Office, databases, and accounting software (Autocount).
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and preparation of financial reports.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong aptitude for numbers.
Administrative Skills: Able to perform filing, record keeping, data entry, and word processing tasks effectively.
Organization: Well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Education: Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
