Job Description (Key Responsibilities): Construction Coordinator
Reporting to superior/Project Manager. Must have experiences in all the buildings / residential / commercial construction knowledge.
Other responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee project execution.
- Ensure that all construction work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with blueprints and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and progress reports.
- Prepare and present updates to stakeholders as required.
- Identify and resolve construction issues promptly.
- Mitigate risks by ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in engineering construction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
