Description :
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of patient care by supervising, directing and guiding all staff in the continuing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care activities to achieve optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and adequate nursing documentation concerning patient care.
- Deliver patient care at the expected competency level and act as a resource person in nursing care practices, knowledge & skills
- Ensure effective staff scheduling based on the correct skill set and ix of team members to support the department operation
Experience & Other Requirements
- Registered Nurse with LJM Certificate
- Annual Practice Certificate (APC)
- Proficient Computer Skills.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- Qualified with Post Basic Nursing will be added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
