Jawatan Kosong Sales Associate in Kulim
Description :
Overseeing corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, and administrative duties for a company's board of directors and shareholders.
Responsible for organizing board meetings, maintaining official records, and serving as a key liaison between the board, management, and external stakeholders like regulators and shareholders.
Maintain and update statutory books, including registers of directors, members, and other important company records.
Handle various corporate actions such as company structure changes, share allotments, share transfers, and the filing of annual returns.
Serve as a link between the board, management, shareholders, and external bodies such as regulators, lawyers, and auditors.
Prepare company reports, circulars, and other official documents for shareholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
- LICENSE SECRETARY BY SSM OR MIA (Required)
Work Location: In person
