What You’ll Do:
As our Event Management Executive, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting company events and operational activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in planning and coordinating events, briefings, and training sessions.
- Managing event logistics, including venues, equipment, and materials.
- Supporting the marketing and operations team in event execution and coordination.
- Communicating with vendors, partners, and participants.
- Assisting during events to ensure smooth operations and good participant experience.
- Supporting airport duties for group departures when required.
- Occasionally working on weekends for events, trainings, or departures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, operations, admin, or related fields
- (Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome).
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure during events.
- Comfortable dealing with clients, vendors, and group participants.What You’ll Get:
- Monthly salary of RM1,800 – RM2,000
- Airport duty allowance when assigned for airport departures
- Meal allowance during airport duty
