Jawatan Kosong Purchasing Officer in Kuah
Description :
Candidate should possess the following:
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire goods and services essential for daily hotel operations.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and supervise inventory management practices.
- Develop and oversee procurement budgets to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure received goods meet quality standards and manage discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain precise records and generate reports on procurement activities as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
