Kerja Kosong EXECUTIVE LEGAL CONTRACT LAW in Shah Alam

Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreement and other legal documents related to the businesses of the Company,
2. Conduct legal research and to keep abreast of new laws and regulations applicable to the Company and its businesses and advise the management on any potential legal issues/risks arising therefrom.
3. Identify legal or contractual issues and develop new approaches to resolve complex issues.
4. Advising on contract status, legal risk and the legal liabilities.
5. Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Liaise with external solicitors, banks, corporate clients, etc. for legal matters.
7. Keep a list for all Legal Documents and ensure the filing of Legal Documents is in order.
8. Ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned by the HOD/management.

Qualification & Requirement :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years working experience as In-House Counsel or in related fields.
3. Is knowledgeable in of corporate law, commercial law and regulatory compliance.
4. Able to negotiate, communicate and maintain strong relationships within relevant stakeholders.
5. Ability to balance legal risks and provide practical legal advice whilst supporting the business needs of the Company.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
7. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
8. Good team player with ability to work independently & under pressure.
