Description :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, direct, relay all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner and take adequate messages when required.
  • Greet, assist and provides assistance to guests and general public in an effective manner. Inform respective personnel/department on the arrival of their customer/visitors/ suppliers. Preparation of smock, ESD shoes, cover shoes, wrist wrap & hair net when required.
  • Update “Welcome Board” with customer name when customer visiting.
  • Responsible application for employee Badge card, color breaktime card, TP (Temporary Pass) & SP (Special Pass).
  • Checking and verify records for Panel Clinic, Rentokil, Citylink and Coway invoice monthly. After verification, seek HR Director and Top Management approval before submitting to Finance Dept.
  • Handling and arrange the staff and workers visit to the panel clinic with issuing medical chits.
  • To provide general administrative support for relevant departments including but not limited to maintain proper filing and record keeping system (i.e.: issue Smock, ESD shoes, wrist wrap, safety shoes etc.).
  • Assist handle incoming and outgoing documents, coordinate with driver on daily duties.
  • Manage stock subsidy of welfare worker (i.e.: Rice and biscuits), maintain a sufficient inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Raise PR (Purchase Requisition) from LUVO/ ERP System for company property, i.e.: Stationery, Safety Shoes, ESD shoes and smock etc.
  • Assist on any other related Company events and staff activities (i.e.: gift distributions & decorations of front office).
  • Maintain and update Monthly report for OT Attendance, Stationery Request and Purchase Overall Report and A4 paper demand.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
  • Monitor and maintain the minimum stocks for general items such as smock, ESD shoes, wrist strap, hair net, stationery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • Organized, able to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and work well with a team.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
