Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into HR and operational strategies.
- Analyse manpower utilization, labour cost, and skills gaps to support operational planning.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workforce productivity, and organisational structure.
- Develop and maintain dashboards on manpower utilization, overtime trends, turnover, attendance, and productivity metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Forecast manpower needs based on operational demands and business growth.
- Oversee the full spectrum of foreign worker processes, including recruitment coordination, permits, renewals, medical check-ups, hostels, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to immigration regulations and statutory requirements.
- Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain sufficient manpower supply for operations.
- Support capability-building, competency development, and succession planning for key roles.
- Drive initiatives to improve team effectiveness and organisational culture.
- Facilitate change management activities to support operational and HR transformation.
- Partner with managers on performance management, KPI reviews, and staff development.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Promote positive and collaborative workplace culture across all departments.
- Review and enhance HR and operational SOPs, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Support audits, ISO/quality system requirements, and documentation.
- Oversee general HR operations at a supervisory level (recruitment, payroll, training) while focusing on strategic work.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 6–10 years HR experience with exposure to business operations, workforce analytics, or organisation development.
- Experience in the manufacturing, service, automotive, and automotive parts & supplies industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data, build dashboards, and present insights.
- Experience in managing foreign workers and knowledge of related regulations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Independent, hands-on, and able to work effectively with management and operational teams
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
