Job Purpose
To perform technical tasks, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, or vehicles to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs according to company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Install, test, and calibrate machinery, vehicles, or systems.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and repair work.
- Provide technical support and advice to colleagues, customers, or end-users.
- Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized.
- Report recurring faults or potential improvements to supervisors or engineers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia(SKM)/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technician (automotive, electrical, IT, or relevant).
- Strong knowledge of technical systems, repair procedures, and safety standards.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, or wiring diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call when required.
Key Skills
- Technical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools and software (where applicable).
- Communication and teamwork.
- Safety awareness and compliance.
- Customer service orientation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
