Key Responsibilities
- After-Sales Support: Resolve customer inquiries and post-purchase issues via phone and messaging with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintenance Coordination: Proactively notify and schedule filter replacement services for customers to ensure optimal product performance.
- Case Management: Systematically track and follow up on every customer case according to company SOPs to ensure a 100% resolution rate.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate customer records and build long-term brand loyalty through excellent service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer complaints.
- A positive attitude and a goal-driven mindset.
- [Advantage]: Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Flexible Work Schedule:
- Alternating 5-day and 5.5-day work weeks.
- Two weeks per month: 5-day week (Mon–Fri).
- Two weeks per month: 5.5-day week (Mon–Fri + Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Note: All staff are required to work if there is a 5th Saturday in a month.
- Professional Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
