Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and strengthen market presence. This role focuses on promoting the company’s products and services within the hotel, tourism, and F&B sectors while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, promotions, and events
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Establish pricing strategies to maximise profitability while remaining competitive
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, travel agents, and vendors
- Drive sales initiatives, including partnerships, packages, and promotional deals
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Enhance brand visibility through advertising, public relations, and strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within hospitality, tourism, or F&B industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
