- Know all the Human Resource Functions.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance and maintain employees record.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Responsible for Compensation and Benefit.
- Conduct disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee's records.
- Turnover and Retrenchment
- Preparing job description
- Perform others related duty
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Terengganu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
