Description :
Hemodialysis Procedure
- Prepare and set up the dialysis machine before each session.
- Prime the dialysis machine and dialyzer according to protocol.
- Monitor the entire dialysis session: patient vital signs, fluid removal, and machine parameters.
- Recognize and respond to complications (e.g., hypotension, cramps, clotting, disconnection).
Pre- and Post-Dialysis Care
- Perform pre-dialysis assessments: vital signs, weight, condition of access.
- Post-dialysis monitoring and documentation: post-weight, blood pressure, patient condition.
- Manage bleeding at access site after needle removal.
- Provide health education related to diet, fluid restrictions, and medication adherence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
