Jawatan Kosong Purchasing Officer Preferred Male in Segamat
Description :
- Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities, prices, and quality.
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and service levels.
- Managing relationships with existing suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Creating and processing purchase orders based on demand and inventory levels.
- Monitoring procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as finance, IT, admin & halal and operations to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting demand to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Implementing inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
- Ensuring purchased products and materials meet quality standards and specifications.
- Handling issues related to defective or non-conforming goods and working with suppliers to resolve them.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Generating reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the supply chain, such as supply disruptions or supplier financial instability.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the procurement function.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
