Key Responsibilities :

1. Site Operations Management

Oversee, supervise, and monitor daily site operations to ensure smooth execution and timely project progress.

2. Sub-Contractor Coordination & Planning

Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, including work sequencing, manpower planning, and site scheduling.

3. Safety, Quality & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets required standards.

4. Site Inspection & Technical Monitoring

Conduct site inspections and verify that work is carried out according to approved drawings and method statements.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate site documentation, records, and progress tracking.

Prepare and submit timely site progress reports and updates to management.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve site issues.

7. General Duties

Perform any other duties as assigned by the project team to support successful project delivery.

Requirements :

· Diploma or higher qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision or construction coordination experience.

· Prior experience in landed housing construction will be an added advantage.

· Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and site construction drawings.

· Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

· Must be willing to work on-site in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

· Possess own transport.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
