Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
o Proactively conduct orientation sessions or exercise sessions for beginners
and first-time gym goers
o Learn and conduct exercise sessions to engage gym members
o Effectively assists in all member enquiries, complaints and requests
o Ensure proper administration of the gym, such as:

• Sign up or cancel memberships
• Disallow non-members or those with outstanding fees
• Collect and record all payments
• Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of gym environment
• Ensure equipment are functioning and well-maintained, take corrective

actions if they are not

• Ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not
• Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct

Supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own

• Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guests

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
o A cheerful, outward, friendly personality.
o A passion for health and fitness
o Be available during working hours of 1pm to 10pm, Sunday to Thursday; 1pm
to 10pm (halfday; on a rotation basis), Saturday.
o Computer-literate
o Speaks English confidently

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with the gym environment
