Join Our Team as an Associate Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin)
Language: Mandarin proficiency + B1 (conversational English)
Location: WFO in Cyberjaya
Address: Tech Mahindra ICT Services, Jalan Impact Cyberjaya, 63000, Selangor
Shifts: Between 8 AM to 12 AM (2 shifts), shift allowance for afternoon shift provided
Working days: Monday to Sunday (weekly 2 days off)
Salary range: Between 3.5k to 4.5k Basic (Depending upon current salary & experience)
Eligibility: Freshers from any background/Experienced professionals. LOCAL MALAYSIAN ONLY.
No specific domain/Industry experience required

Overview: As an Associate Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our client, providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping others. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
  • Understanding of assigned Unit of work in the investigation process.
  • Follows clear instructions, SOP’s and workflows of each segmented task of our investigations process.
  • Leverages appropriate operational tools and applications to find the data.
  • Ability to successfully navigate websites.
  • Understands and adheres to workflow directions.
  • Participate in performance improvement plans for self- development.
  • Performs a variety of routine standard tasks
Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, no experience is welcomed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
