Description :
- Plan, organise and coordinate the movement of shipments based on customer/nominated office/HOD
- Provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of customers’ orders to both customers & system - Cargowise
- Ensure shipping documents are prepared correctly ad sent on time to customers
- Ensure accurate input of data into the CargoWise to be in line with weekly data quality check report
- Prepare invoices timely to customers and report any inaccurate/negative margin to your supervisor
- Check on the financial file before month end closing and create estimated accruals
- Provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to customer/nominated agent
- Coordinate with depot & surveyor to ensure ISOtanks are ready for shipment
- Update inventory record on ISOtanks availability
- Provide weekly report to fleet management on ISOtanks inventory
We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping industry. NVOCC experience in handling SOC (Shipper Own Container) will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong planning skills.
- This position is located in Pandamaran, Selangor.
